Our thesis
AI built around people, not institutions.
Most agent systems orchestrate inside one enterprise. We orchestrate across the institutions in one person's life. We are driving the cost of intelligence toward zero, so that support reaches everyone, not only those who can afford it.
Principles
What we stand for.
01
Embrace the messiness of people, safely.
Real life is not clean data. It runs on paper, phone calls, portals, and now agents, across systems that do not speak to each other. We build intelligence that meets people wherever life actually happens, and keeps its most consequential moments safe.
02
Augment people, never replace them.
Machine intelligence will either displace human agency or multiply it. We chose, and the choice is permanent: capability lands in the person's hands, and judgment stays with the humans around them. The measure of our systems is what people do with them.
03
Optimize for outcomes, not answers.
Answers are becoming free. Completed tasks are not. We hold everything we build to one bar: done, with evidence, consent, and outcome on the record. Verified outcomes are the unit of value the AI economy will settle on, and we already run on it.
